Background:

This article can be referred when the user gets the below Error Message while launching OpenUtilities Substation.

The user are facing this issue due to the reason that in the below Path that has *.MA files software is not able to create some of the *.MA files.

C:\Users\(Current User)\AppData\Local\Temp\Bentley\Substation\10.0.0\AddInLoader1.0

Steps to Accomplish

1. If the user is using OpenUtilities Substation U15 then they can download the files from the below link, else go to step 2.

2. If you are not running OpenUtilities U15 then please contact other colleagues in your organization and ask them to browse to the below location and check if all the *.MA files missing as per the error message as per above example "Bentley.HomeModeControls.ma" is present on the other colleagues machine.

3. If it is present on the machine then copy the files to the same on location on your machine.
