    Use large or small tooltips in Bentley Utilities Designer

    In Bentley Utility Designer, tooltips by default show extended information when hovering over a feature.

    While this information might be useful initially, once a system is in production it might not offer additional value to
    the designer or user, whilst obscuring a large portion of the screen.

    The large tooltip is set as the default tooltip setting for the Bentley Utilities Designer example Workspaces and is defined as follows:

    MS_GEOXFM_SHOW_UUIDLINKAGE_IN_LOCATEDESCRIPTION = 1

    If the extended tooltip information is of limited use, it could be changed to only show non-extended tooltip information (as is the default in Bentley Map).

    A quick work around is to comment out the variable in the Bentley Utilties Designer example workspace
    CFG files.

    A more permanent solution would be not to include the variable from the Bentley Utilties Designer XFM schemata.
