When analyzing a bridge that was designed as NONCOMPOSITE SIMPLE SPANS for dead loads (not including parapet & FWS) and as CONTINUOUS for live loads, how should the girder and slab information be inputted in order to account for this?

I am having difficulty with the HL-93 load in LARS v. 5.00.01.00. When I attempt to use the HL93 load the program instead rates the bridge using a OV20 load.
