How to create limited cloud user?

How to add cloud user to organization with limited access rights so it can access only his personal portal and personal share? Now if I create a new user and remove all roles it still has download and SR access.

Hello Jon, Once a file is published to Personal Share it can be shared as many times as you want. You can't write back to the file. You can only share, download or delete it. If you've made changes you'll have to share the newer version via the Publish…
