negative pressure - groundwell [ submersible pump - what is the problem ?? please help

i dont know what is the problem of this system pump definition is good elevation of nodes is correct i increased the trials to 200 i added a imaginary tank but presuure is -16 000 kPa right at top of the well what is the problem ???
