Severe Processing Error in UKPMS condition data stage 2 loading

Posted on behalf of an Exor user. Loading UKPMS condition data fails to complete process at stage 2, process remains running. Correct Inventory Load Errors form shows a Severe Processing Error. See screenshots below:
