But why would you want to use the UDCAM model? The UDCAM model takes into account reduction of shear strength with the amount of cycles while you explicitly mentioned that you do NOT want to take into account cyclic shear strength degradation...

OpenRoads and MicroStation shares the exact same platform, in fact MicroStation is the platform on top of which OpenRoads Designer is built.
So as for capabilities, exact same rendering capabilities.
