I am having issues with template libraries losing the colours of the Feature Definitions (see image), the template does recognise the FD's (N-WE-VW\PVR) but doesnt show up red like it should (as defined in our Layer/FD DGNLIB).

I was not trying to create WMS connection. I was using the new Feature Service Connection.
It works for WMS but I cannot get it to work for WFS.

After crashing design file my .itl file is empty. Is there any way to fix this file? I open it also in Notepad and there are a lot of information, but nothing to see in template creator.

There were some mismatched tags in the file. I used Notepad++ and the XML Tools plug in to find the error and then to fix it.
There may be other issues, but it is now a well formed XML file.
