      You can certainly have both StormCad Connect Edition and SewerGems Connect Edition installed on your computer at the same time, and as long as they are both the same version generation, like 10.04.* you can use either of them to open your models...

      You may try this option by assigning a value for the smallest distance for dimensioning. Detail Style (Plate) > Dimensioning > Common > Misc > Min/Max range
