The Boundary is the same as in the Plaxis manual/tutorial, which is Free-Field for the Xmin and Xmax and Compliant Base for the Ymin. Sorry I can't give you much, because I'm in the middle of running the model.

It's probably the case that the contribution to out-of-plane deformation stems primarily from the jamb, or the thin strips beside openings, so I would use the cracked factor that is for those parts. I doubt that it will overestimate the deflections much...
