What is the best procedure for loading a client's workspace in CONNECT?
Just received configuration files and design information from a new client. It's been a while since I've had to handle this task. I'm early in the process, but I'm wondering the basic procedure for loading a new workspace.

Microstation Connect V10.16.3.31. I am trying to use the shortcut key which is allocated to bring an element to the front - Ctl L- but -Ctl L is also for lock element. Why?
Microatation Connect has Ctl L for bring to front and lock element.
It defaults to lock element but I want a quick key to bring to front.
What is the best way to achieve this.
