OPM update7 结构模块闪退
现象：在结构模块中调用“按点画线”、“按智能线画”，会报错（或闪退）
已尝试：
1、重装SPCServerSetup.msi SPCSetup.msi
2、将操作系统区域（语言）设置为英文
3、将OPM update7的中文环境卸载、重装OPM
4、两个服务（Bentley Dgn Index Service和Bentley Property Catalog Service均是开启状态）
