Extracting cracks in rigid concrete pavement

What is Bentley Pointools connect edition? is that an update to the current Pointools V8i.
Can someone tell me if this is the updated version of Pointools V8i? or is this a completely new product where we would need to purchase additional licenses for given that we already own a few license of Bentley Pointools V8i.
