Descatres rasters merging to one file

I have to merge 170 georeferenced rasters in Descatres (mean weight of one raster is 25 MB) to one file or few files.

Can't attach a raster to a dgn or dwg anymore, How is this corrected?
I was able to before open any seed and attach an ortho to it, but now I get an error saying something about a raster can't be attached due to the dgn work mode.
I followed instructions to change the work mode to dwg, but I still get this error.
