In Entitlement Management, a specific login has rights to access a product. Nevertheless, when trying to start, the message appears that there is no authorization .
Solution…
Answer:
After Opening BLT, select Tools> Refresh policy
In a moment, look on the right hand side of the application to see that the Product Refresh has been completed.
