How do I analyze the Slab Loads on this?
I have attached a picture of a plan where a clear head room without beams is to be provided. G+3 building with common portal frame. I am unable to assign floor loads as there is no closed boundary.
Are columns in a multi storey( a simple G+5 structure braced or unbraced? I feel that it shoudl be unbraced as there are no such wind resisting elements to specify the columns as braced. Pls offer you comments on this sir.
