Hello Pooja,
you can't do calculations like "001,K=&tva4/100&" as far as I know.
But you can create yourself a temporary g-string for annotation purposes, for example:
COPY,MyProfileDrawingModel,MyProfileDrawingModel 059 059,1=SCAL,4=8,5=100…
