RM v. 11.12.00.16 (in OpenBridge Designer), ADDCON - The Restart command has the options "Update" and "Ignore". These two options do not work anymore.
That means the Restart iterations continue to the end, either to tollerence setting or to "No convergence". This is a fault in the last version(s).
