Michael, if your gINT tries to open but does not open beyond the splash screen, then it is likely to be happening due to the latest Microsoft Office 365 updates. Follow this post for recommended solution.

gINT Won't Open November 2020 - Closes After Splash Screen
If you try to open gINT and you get a Splash screen that shows the Product Level and then it disappears and the program does not open it is likely caused by Office 365 updates. This breaks the Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 32-bit.

(If it comes down to it and you need to change the font, in Report Design, you can use Text>Change Font Name to make that easier.)
