I think your having a similar issue as Chris above. Check the project survey settings. I've clipped a few to show different results.

Scenario 2:
Processing raw data is a little different than importing ascii data. Hope that helps…
Folks:
Has anyone been aware of the Intersecting Profile Command not working in ORD 2020R3? We can pick the alignments with associated verticals, but no point appears in the profile where the intersection takes place.
There appears to be some schema…
The connection client want to ALWAYS start, even when no Bentley products are running. Why does this matter? Because I'd prefer you don't have an avenue of monitoring my activities when I am doing personal business such as banking or chatting with clients…
This is not a helpful message.
Not only is it very cryptic it provides no help towards a solution nor any suggestion about what bad things are going to happen (or not) if I ignore the message.

Can we have a list of defects that were fixed in this release? In previous releases all fixed defects were listed in help or readme file, that was very helpfull.
Thanks…

Unfortunatelly a list of fixed bugs is not included. Neither in readme file nor in OpenRoads help.
Can someone from Bently provide…
