i did program for aluminium canopy fixed at roof slab level without support and we are fixing this with heavy duty through bolt anchor of M10, and this alumnium tubes are welded and its supported by 3 brackets (mid & 2 ends),brackets

i didnt know where to fix my fixed support to get the support reactions and wherever i try to fix it shows that shear and moment are zero and also the valuaes of the static results are different from the original support analysed report notes…
