Generate mesh of same model. Success in "coarse", but failed in "medium"

Is there any limitation of nodes? or any other things go wrong?
Coarse:

(For Deep Excavation) How or what form should i build the diagonal strut (/knee strut) in ELS
Hi, I am building the ELS model in Plaxis 3D.
I am wondering what form (beam, node to node anchor) should I apply for the strut, which required to preloading. (I think it should be node-node due to prestressing)
But there are 2 diagonal struts connected…
