can't save screenshot from 3D viewer

I'm trying to save a screenshot from the contextcapture Acute 3D viewer (a 3mx file). All gos well, it gets me to the stage of choosing a folder to save in, and all looks normal. But after pressing "save", there's nothing in the folder…
