Changing scale of a cell causes the subelement(line) linestyle scale to change as well

I cannot explain why scale changing the cell origin. I never saw that before. In the screen capture, we can see proportion of cell change (from oval to circle). How do you change cell scale? Which tool you using here? That can help us to target…
