I have purchased additional licenses for some previously owned Bentley applications along with some new Bentley software applications. How do I get the changes to reflect on the SELECTserver application.

On scheduling reports section, when I choose a report and enter all the details for scheduling the Report Parameters drop down has no values andwithout choosing I cannot submit the scheduling request.
Please advise if I am missing…
In case of the old products (Bentley legacy products), the SelectServer gateway is required. The Gateway provides the heart beat that the older products require and records the usages and posts it to the SelectServer.
