[ORD 2021 R1] COGO Point Layout via "Direction - Alignment" Intersect
I've been working on the layout of a subdivision and can't get the InRoads Locate tools out of my skull. Those things were a beautiful set of tools for laying out COGO Points.

You did not mention the software that you are using but if you are using the InRoads Group, try Geometry> Horizontal Curve Set> Events> Alignment Point To Cogo. I hope this helps.
