I am looking at calculating time of concentration in InRoads Storm & Sanitary. Using the FAA method, you are asked to give K1, which is stated as a "regional constant". Where can I find the relevant regional constants?

I am having the same issue and have had this issue through many versions of inroads. I have even gone into the XIN and edited the XML manually in order to try to make it work. But once you go back to the style in the GUI it will mess up the XML again…
