Rollover lock- Highside Shoulder

I am trying to set a shoulder rollover lock for the shoulder on the highside of a superelevated section.
The lane transitions from NC @ 2% to Full super at 5%. I want the slope on the left be 3% when the lane reaches full super. I have tried…
Superelevation Graphical editing of control lines
When are we going to be able to graphically edit the superelevation control lines in Openroads? This needs to be resolved.
