I've got a complex terrain model I'm maintaining in PowerInRoads V8i SS10 on a Windows 10 machine. Upon opening the dgn, I get the following error: I've reinstalled the .Net Framework and scanned the registry for errors. Any ideas?

Created a 3D alignment line using Open Roads SS4. Line that is generated is locked and can't extrude a shape, cell, etc. along it. Is there a way to create a 3D alignment line that isn't locked or do we have go back to SS2? Will the Connect edition be…
