MX V8i SS1 Raster warp
In previous release when using raster "warp" option there was a dialog to choose the method used for warping. Now there is no dialog, the only method is via "key-in". I think that other raster editing options have the same behaviour.

This cannot be done directly within InRoads. However, it can be done through a tool that is delivered with the InRoads installation and then converted to an InRoads DTM file.
From the MicroStation menu, select Tools> Data Acquisition…

I have currently moved across from XM to V8i SS1, and I remember seeing this Overlay/Stripping feature in a Seminar early this year. But, I am a little unsure of its possibilities and how to actually utilise it? Any help would be vastly appreciated…

I'm just double-checking...
1. It appears the DTM and ALG formats have changed for InRoads SS1, correct? That is, unless saved down, a DTM or ALG created in InRoads SS1 won't be readable by an earlier version of Inroads?
