The order in which you install the programs determines whether this will work correctly or not. MicroStation needs to already be installed when InRoads is installed so that it can place the InRoadsAT.cfg in the appropriate MicroStation folder…

A known issue with Drive Roadway has already been fixed for the next release of the software. You may want to send a copy of your dataset to support to make sure that your problem is fixed in that version. Reference D-57907.
