Be sure to check your settings under Tools> Survey Options> Symbology> Text Symbology settings if displaying permanently or Edit View settings if displaying temporarily.

Go to File> Export> Survey Data and switch the Export as type to Text File (*.*). Specify a file name and click the Export button. Specify a delimiter and the number of required columns. Click Next. On Step 2 of 2, set the Data Type to Point…
