Does ORD have the Select by Attributes tool like V8i had?

Does anyone know if ORD has the Select by Attributes tool like MS V8i had (under Edit->Select B y Attributes)? Say i want to select cells by their names... is there a tool for that? I searched the help and this forum and didn't find any results…

The order in which you install the programs determines whether this will work correctly or not. MicroStation needs to already be installed when InRoads is installed so that it can place the InRoadsAT.cfg in the appropriate MicroStation folder…
