How to add the 3D ribbon to Constraints?
I'm trying to add the 3D section to Constraints ribbon, but does not appear for selection:

I 'd like to limit the access to a tool or function with named expressions. The Connection usergroup seems to be a good criteria. Is it possible to evaluate the Connection usergroup of the current connection user?

Could it be that you have minimized the ribbon in your customization? With this minimized do you see a 'Layout' option and if so what happens if this is selected ? ( If you have more than one screen check all for the menu )
