Print Border text in .pltcfg notepad file
Does anyone know the line of text that is present in the default print settings file (that opens in notepad) that puts the print border on the file with date file name etc?

As Bear already suggested in MicroStation V8 the original Bentley pdf.plt or pdf.pltcfg will give you complete control and best results.
