Export to shp format -> "exporting" option not available - V8i

I am trying to export a file DNG to a file SHP following your methodology " Export to Shapefile in Bentley Map ":

The problem is, the " Export > GI S data Types"…

I've an issue when I try to attach a shapefiles (*.shp) in MicroStation 8i SS3 08.11.09.459 (french).
I don't see anything.
I've done a fit all >> No elements founds

This issue has been filed as TR 251510 and is scheduled to be resolved in a Q1 2009 Bentley Map V8 i maintenance release.
