Hi If we define bar length, is leap bridge software have capability to deduct development length based on dia of bar and calculate flexure check at that point.

Is there a way to adjust the POI so that the cap is not analyzing the flexure at location 0? Even when hooking bars the effective steel is still computed as 0. How do I get beyond this error?
