Ground floor missing?

I had a full working model, and now when I go to CAD input and select the ground floor, the software brings the first floor instead. When I look to the 3d view only 2 or 3 rooms are present, the rest are missing. The file xxx.dfx.cache…
3d view problems
Hi. The building in 3d View shows very far adding the second floor and I cannot really see it, any tips? As soon as I remove the floor the 3d view comes back as normal.

How to Resolve the Run time error 11 when I try to view a model in 3D or Place a Roof
When ever try to generate a 3D view of the object, whether that is using the 3D view tool or the roof tool, the software crashes and i get the message of run time error 11 Division by 0.
