I have set the SelectServer Online site time zone to UTC 10+ but the reports are still using the American Timezone. ie if it 2pm where I am (Melbourne) then the report has 4am as the run time. What am I missing here?

In case of the old products (Bentley legacy products), the SelectServer gateway is required. The Gateway provides the heart beat that the older products require and records the usages and posts it to the SelectServer.
