In InRoads Group V8i (V08.11.05), the ProjectWise Open and Save As dialogs do remember the last folder in which a file was opened\saved within the same session. In InRoads XM Edition, the closest thing that I can recommend is Project Defaults…

I am having the same issue and have had this issue through many versions of inroads. I have even gone into the XIN and edited the XML manually in order to try to make it work. But once you go back to the style in the GUI it will mess up the XML again…
