In Inroads SS4 help files there is additional tools in the Create Cross Section Dialog Box.
The tools I'm specifically look for is the update cross section and place cell/block tools. These tools I understand are supposed to available through the dialog box. But do not appear in the SS4 Create Cross Section dialog box, or in the menu bar.
