When exporting to AGS, using a .gcx file several sets of data are not exporting into the AGS tables...
However when exporting to an Excel file using the same .gcx file all of the data appears...

You indicated that you have some non-AGS fields in your gINT database. How have you defined them in the AGS Template file?
For example, I have the following two non-AGS fields in the Point table:
HOLE_CKBY and HOLE_CKDT.

The AGS4 file that gets created when you export from a gINT database will only have the DICT Group if your gINT AGS4 database has non-standard AGS Group and AGS Heading names.

Again, there will only be a DICT section in the exported AGS file if you have Groups or Headings in your database that are non-standard.
