Template appears normal in Template Studio and Quick Log but have error 'A template associated with the selected profile is no-longer availble' when using log report.

I have updated an existing tempalte and saved to the config file with no issue. Upon setting the new tempalte as a default for the location type and trying to 'Log Report' I get the below error;
