Steve, The "Point Orientation" topic in the current gINT Help file discusses the "Point Orientation Support" option. It goes into some detail about deviated boreholes.

Steve, I was afraid of that. Bentley posted an update to the Help file around the end of June 2011. Your build was released on May 9th, 2011. I will email you a PDF of that topic from the Help file.
