[V8i] How to Open an active DGN file as read-only but not the Session?
It would be nice if I could make MicroStation bypass the following user prompted dialog, but only for a dgn file that is set as read-only in the Windows OS and not for the entire Session.
I am thinking of something that logically would perform this…
