Can we create the model of PC cable inside concrete box girder bridge in OpenBridge Modeler?

If anyone know how to create model of PC cable inside concrete box girder in OpenBridge Modeler (without linking with RM Bridge), please give me some advices or instruction to do it. Thank you.
