Geopak V8i Superelevated cross sections are not smooth, any idea why?

As you can see below, in the areas where my cross sections are superelevated, this is what they look like. Specifically this is how they look in-between each of the stations I defined in the excel import...
Unable to change the invert elevation of any node

I am unable to change the invert elevation on any of the nodes I have placed. I am able to hard key in a value, but after I do so, it changes the invert elevation to exactly 7.25, it does this exact thing...
