I want to set up an annotation definition to apply an elevation annotation on the lower of two points (As shown below). I've tried applying different variations of the annotation filter shown below...

How do I get the elevations to show up in the Point Features Station Offset Elevation Report in OpenRoads? I get the stations and coordinates, but nothing instructs me to identify the survey file.
