Why is my HGL not showing as a continuous line?

After computing, my HGL is showing up as a broken line rather than a continuous line. What could be causing that? I am using ORD CE 2021 Release 2
HGL calculations defaulting to ground elevation.

In OpenRoads Drainage and Utilities -- is there an option to have ORD calculate the HGL correctly for all structures. I believe some of the HGL's are not correct values but instead are defaulting to ground...
