Where do I get feature definitions, ex: alignment? My feature definition box is empty

In all these ord videos, apparently its suppose to just populate as "alignment" in the drop down in the feature definition toolbar. Mine is empty, and I don't know how to set this up where it will generate...

ORD 2022 R3 - Survey Code Alias

Hello, Is it possible to have multiple codes for the same point? Coming from SS2 where I'd sometimes add additional codes for a particular item. Thanks, Tom F.
